Happening Now: Rivers Governorship Tribunal begins proceedings

The Rivers State Governorship elections petition tribunal sitting in the Apo area of the federal capital territory has commenced delivering of judgment in the petition filed by APC and Dakuku peterside challenging the victory of gov Nyesome wike in the aprill 11th governorship elections in rivers state.


DAILY POST reports that the judgement which commenced at exactly 10: 06 is still been delivered as the chairman of the three man panel justice Suleiman Ambrossa is still reading out the preliminary aguements including the review of all evidences tendered by all parties alongside the witnesses statements on oath
No major decision has been soo far taken by the tribunal but palpable tension seem to be mounting on both side as the court room is packed full with both APC and PDP supporters.
