The much anticipated YBNL concert happened on 25th
October with a bang, and Olamide and his boys gave a breathtaking live
performance at London’s Troxy event centre.
The sold out event saw performances from Olamide, Lil Kesh, Phyno, Dizzy VC, KidaKudz, Eddie Kadi and D3 Dancers.....more pic after cut
The
concert was made all the more exciting by appearances from artistes we
have grown to know and love. Lil Kesh performed hits including Gbese and
Efejoku, sending the crowd into fits of frenzy. Phyno was his usual
excellent self as he performed Ladi and Alobam amongst other hits.
Adekunle Gold is a first timer in the UK and may have wondered if his
hit songs had travelled across the ocean, but he need not have worried.
His beautiful rendition of ‘Orente’ was one of the highlights of the
night as the crowd sang every word along with him. Dotun from Kool FM
was on hand to get the crowd hyped and he was marvellous at raising the
temperature in that hall. This is without doubt the most fevered,
energetic and exciting concert London has witnessed in a while.
