Women of the Year Awards in New York City on Nov. 9. The Oscar-winning
actress wore a green floor length gown with a cutout peplum detail at
the waist to celebrate the world's most influential and inspirational
women
and those small details definitely gave her classic look a bit of
edge. Lupita was joined on the red carpet by Misty Copeland, the first
African American ballerina promoted to principal dancer at the American
Ballet Theatre, and even presented the dancer with her award.
