A 45-year-old woman from Delaware was arrested and charged earlier this week, with having sex with a 13-year-old boy in her car.
The woman, Elaine B. Goodman has been charged with fourth-degree
rape, three counts of third-degree rape, two counts of second-degree
unlawful sexual contact, and sexual solicitation of a child.
Elaime had arranged to meet the boy, who was actively dating her
daughter, at 1 AM last Spring. the meeting was supposed to be a birthday
present to Elaine (she was turning 45). The pair drove around for a
while, then parked and sat in the back seat talking and being intimate
until about 4:30 in the morning, when Goodman had to drop him off at
home and get ready for work, according to the documents.
Eventually, Elaine's DAUGHTER found out and SNITCHED to the authorities.
Authorities
said in the release: 'During the month of
March 2015 a report was made to the Smyrna Police Department alleging an
inappropriate relationship between Goodman and a 13 year old male victim.
'During
the investigation detectives determined that Goodman had contact through text
messages with her daughter's boyfriend and on the night of March 15, 2015
Goodman met with the male victim and engaged in a sexual relationship.'
Police
say on March 15, Goodman met the boy, who had sneaked out of his home, in her
car, and had sex with him.
After
officers received information about the incident, investigators collected DNA
evidence from the car and clothing, and reviewed text message between Goodman
and the boy.
Delaware Online
reported that the victim said she 'took his you-know-what and put it in her
you-know-what.'
According
to the newspaper, Goodman texted a friend 'He is so cute with a nice a** body.
'I
asked him what in the world are u doing with a body like that at 13...'
She is being held on $225,000 secured bond
