Blue Ivy, three, seemed to be dressed in a mini version of her mother's
costume, as she watched the entertainment in New York's Soho.
After
the parade it was Blue Ivy's bedtime, but her mom and dad Jay Z went
onto party at a private Halloween bash in Manhattan - with a quick
costume change for Beyonce first.
The
34-year-old pop diva looked effortlessly chic as always in a
green-patterned mini-dress fastened with a leopard-print belt and
stilettos.
